Conversation Starters & Introductions

Modified on Wed, 15 Feb, 2023 at 3:57 PM

Conversation starters and introductions are a way to automate the onboarding of new users and clients. These two features work hand in hand when included in an invitation.

Conversation starter is the pre-composed message from a designated user or group that will be sent in Lochbox once a user has accepted their invitation to join.

Introductions are a grouping of Conversation Starters and can be added to an invitation so that when a new user joins a Lochbox organization, they are welcomed with conversations relevant to them.
