When viewing the list view for all of your chats, you can edit select details for a conversation by tapping and holding a conversation on mobile or right-clicking in your web browser as well as swiping left/right.
Editable details include:
Mark as read/unread
Pin conversation
Mark as urgent
Info
Edit
Archive
Mute
Mark as unread/read
Marking a conversation as read will clear the notification badge for a chat in your account. Marking a conversation as unread will add a notification badge to the chat in your account. This feature is available via tap and hold as well as swiping right on mobile or via right-click in your web browser.
Pin conversation
Pinning a conversation will pin it to the top of the list view of your chats. A conversation can be pinned and unpinned with tap and hold (mobile) or right-click (web) actions.
Mute
Mute turns off notifications for a selected conversation. This feature is available via tap and hold as well as swiping left on mobile or via right-click in your web browser. Conversations can be unmuted in the same way.
Mark as urgent
Marking a conversation as urgent will add a star to the left of the conversation name and move the conversation to the top of the list view for all conversation participants. A conversation will remain marked as urgent until a participant marks it as not urgent. Mark as urgent and removing the notice are both initiated by tap and hold (mobile) or right-click (web) actions.
Edit
Each conversation can be given a name and description at any time. These details can be edited using tap and hold (mobile) or right-click (web) actions.
Archive
If you no longer wish to see a conversation in your list view then you can archive it any time. This feature is available via tap and hold as well as swiping left on mobile or via right-click in your web browser.
Archived conversations can be viewed by selecting the ‘vault’ icon next to the search bar in your chat list view. An archived conversation can be returned to your regular chat list view via tap and hold as well as swiping left on mobile or via right-click in your web browser.
Info
The info tab for a conversation is primarily for diagnostic purposes. The info tab is also useful for viewing what participants are included in a conversation. This feature is available via tap and hold on mobile or via right-click in your web browser.
