Where is my information and communication being backed-up?

The Lochbox Key Management Server (KMS) is in the customer organization's purview.  Part of the KMS setup is to establish a backup passphrase, recorded by the organization's backup administrator.  Automatically the KMS server maintains a three-day rotation of encrypted backup files, on redundant drives, with the latest backup file manually available for download from the KMS server's console.  The backup administer, having access to the KMS server can also incorporate the backup files into the organization's broader backup process.

When needed, the restore of the backup can be initiated from the KMS console.
