I am getting an error when trying to share my screen on Meetings

By clicking 'Cancel' after clicking on the Screen Share button on Meetings, this error could've appeared.

Except for the case above, this error only occurs when you are using a MacOS computer. This is a simple fix that has to do with your browser's permissions and settings. You received this error when you tried to share your screen:

"Unable to getDisplayMedia: NotAllowedError: Permission denied by system"

The following steps are how to resolve this error:

1. Open your 'System Preferences' application.
2. Select the 'Security & Privacy' icon.
   
3. This will open up a screen with 4 tabs - General, FileVault, Firewall, and Privacy. Click on the Privacy tab. Scroll the left menu and click 'Screen Recording'.
4. Click the lock icon (bottom left) and enter your computer password. If you see your internet browser, select the box next to it and click the lock icon again to confirm the changes. (Please note: If you are on Google Chrome, you will be prompted to close your browser and re-open it. You will need to do this in order for screen sharing to work on Lochbox)
5. If you do not see your browser application, click the '+' button to find your browser. Select your browser and follow step 4.
