Reseting a Password

On the Login screen:

  1. Type the Username, Email or Phone number into the first field on the login screen
  2. Click ‘Forgot Password?’
  3. Select ‘Send Code’
  4. You will receive an email with a code that you will then enter into field in the app.
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Click ‘Change Password’
  7. If successful, you will automatically be logged in to your account


Inside the App:


  1. Select the Profile Menu in the upper right corner
  2. Click 'Settings'
  3. Then choose 'Security & Privacy'
  4. Select Password
  5. Enter Current Password and then a New Password
  6. Click 'Change Password
