New chat conversations
To create a new chat conversation, go to the conversations tab in your Lochbox mobile app or web browser. All active and past conversations are accessible from this tab.
Press or click the blue “new conversation” + button located near the bottom of the screen.
Select a Lochbox connection with whom you want to begin a conversation. You can also invite new contacts via phone number or email address.
Send a message to begin the conversation.
